Annual Plan Terms & Conditions
- Payment: Annual plans are billed in full at enrollment. Payment due upon plan activation.
- Rate Lock: Your monthly rate is locked for the full 12-month plan period. No mid-year increases.
- Unused trips: Do not roll over. Trips expire on the last day of each monthly period.
- Cancellations: Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days from enrollment date.
- Trip cancellations: Individual trips require 72-hour notice. Late cancellations count as a used trip.
- Medicaid: Annual plans are available to private-pay passengers only. Medicaid rates per DMAS apply.

Do I need Medicaid or insurance to book?
No. Coastal Care Transport accepts direct private-pay bookings. You can request a quote and schedule with us directly.
How is my fare calculated?
Base fares are determined by mileage zone. Ancillary fees apply only when the specific listed situation occurs, such as same-day booking, extended waiting, tolls or parking.
Who are membership plans designed for?
Memberships are designed for passengers who need recurring transportation, such as dialysis, therapy, chemotherapy or regular specialist appointments.
